【Updated】 Regarding raising the supported version of "WANGAN NAVIGATOR" for iOS

The next update (application version 3.2.1) will take place on June 15, 2022 (Wednesday).
Customers who need to change their devices are requested to be prepared by this date.

Thank you for using "WANGAN NAVIGATOR."

With the next update (app version 3.2.1) in June, we will be raising the supported version of iOS for Apple devices from the current "iOS 10 or higher" to "iOS 11 or higher." Therefore, our application will not be able to be installed on devices with "iOS 10 or lower" after the next update. Also, please note that you will no longer be able to use this application if you have already installed it without updating it. The date of the update will be announced as soon as it is determined.

If you are considering changing your device, we recommend that you take this opportunity to register for a "Bandai Namco ID," which will allow you to carry over data from your previous device when you change your device.

▼How to transfer data when changing your device

① Prepare your Bandai Namco ID. (If you do not have a Bandai Namco ID, please register a new one.)

② Log in to "WANGAN NAVIGATOR" installed on your former device using your Bandai Namco ID.
Please log in from the Main Screen > MY PAGE > Link ID > BANDAI NAMCO ID and follow the instructions on the screen.


※ Please do ①, ② before the next update.

※ Please note that the card registered in the application cannot be used with the Bandai Namco ID on which 3 Bandai Namco PASSPORT cards are already registered.

③ Install "WANGAN NAVIGATOR" on the new device (iOS 11 or later).

④ On the " WANGAN NAVIGATOR " startup screen, select "Transfer data."


⑤ Follow the instructions on the screen to log in with your Bandai Namco ID.

This is all you need to do to continue to use the data you had before changing the device.
