Notice of Postponement of Introduction of "Family Group"

We introduced "Family Group" on Thursday, February 2, 2023.
However, we have decided to postpone the introduction of the Family Group due to a problem that has not yet been resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience to customers whose birthdate corresponds to that of their child or whose birthdate has not yet been registered.
If you login between 17:30 and 19:00 today, you will receive an error message due to the work being done.
 (After the work is completed, the system will be automatically restored and you will be able to login.)

In order to introduce the Family Group today, we have decided to use the following accounts for both parents and children If you are a parent account or a child account, your account type will be changed back to the account type before the introduction of the family group.
Please be assured that when you reintroduce Family Group in the future, the changes you have made regarding Family Group will be reflected.

Also, the credit card information of the customers who were classified as children will be deleted after the introduction of the family group.
