Regarding the problem that occurred from Jan.2 to Jan.5 in the "Store Map Display" of Wangan Navigator, we will compensate customers as follows for the miles that could not check in during the time of the problem:
・Miles to be compensated: 500 miles worth of miles tickets.
・Date of compensation: Distribute through the maintenance on Jan.15, 2024 (Mon) 11:00-12:00 (JST)
*Attention
・The “Wangan Navigator" will not be available during the maintenance.
・Maintenance may be extended.
・The compensation will be made for each application (not for each Bandai Namco Passport).
