Regarding the problem that occurred from Oct.9 to Oct.12 in the "Store Map Display" of Wangan Navigator, we will compensate customers as follows for the miles that could not check in during the time of the problem:

・Miles to be compensated: 500 miles worth of miles tickets.

・Date of compensation: Distributed around 10:00 (JST) on Oct.15, 2026 (Thu).

*Attention

・The compensation will be made for each application (not for each Bandai Namco Passport).

・The distribution time may vary.
